1 can of Jommi Pork Luncheon, diced
1 Japanese chard, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 carrot, pre-cooked and chopped
200g of snow peas, pre-cooked and chopped
1 cup of pineapple, diced
1 package of thin rice noodles
½ cup of soy sauce
1 cup of lemon juice
Chives to taste
1 lemon cut into wedges for garnish

Chop garnishes and set aside
Boil the rice noodles, drain
While the rice noodles are boiling, heat the oil in a large skillet
Once oil is hot, add Diced Jommi Pork Luncheon until golden brown and set aside
Sauté the onion for 2 minutes
Add the snow peas, carrots, Japanese chard, red bell pepper and pineapple, sauté for 5 minutes
Combine the Jommi Pork Luncheon, soy sauce, lemon juice and the rice noodles to the mix
Mix and serve with the garnishes
